It's been a while since I have written in here. It was a busy week/weekend for me. I had a lot of homework to do and Gary stayed with me for a couple of days. It was nice to see him and spend time with him. I'm usually the one going to his house. It was nice to stay home though and be at my place together. Just watched TV and visited with each other. We didn't do anything special.
This last week I had an assignment due on Thursday, one on Friday, and two on Sunday. That is a lot of homework for me. These classes are difficult. I hope I do well in them. I'm going to try my hardest. I'm just not used to having so much homework and so much reading to do. I got all the assignments turned in, so that was good, but I was stressed.
I've read two chapters so far today for school. I have one more to read, but I think I will save that for tomorrow. My mind is beat. The text is so boring too. I just don't really comprehend it very well. I have to take notes while I am reading. It makes it hard. I wish I had my ADD medication, but the clinic won't prescribe it. I would be able to concentrate and focus a lot better.
Tomorrow will be a day of school work. Job hunting also. I really pray I get a job soon. This waiting is taking forever. I put my resume out there and don't seem to get anything. There aren't very many positions out there. Just the temp agencies, but I haven't heard from them either. It's really frustrating for me.
Nothing much is going on tonight. Just watching TV. The Voice is on tonight. I enjoy that show. They have some talented people on there. I think it's a lot better than American Idol. That show just never agreed with me. I only watched the first season.
I think I will take a break from what I am doing and relax for a bit. I hope all is well with everyone!
