Sunday has arrived. I've got a lot of schoolwork to do today and it sucks. It's quite warm also. I think I only have to go out in it once today. Then it's back home for me. I've got to get on my school stuff here soon so I can turn it in this evening. That's one good thing about online school. You can do it pretty much when you want. You do have to be disciplined though and do it.
Friday I went over to my friend's and we watched the XGames and hung out. Saturday we did the same. The XGames goes on for four days. This morning I finally went home. I was a little bit homesick but enjoyed hanging out with him. It's just always good to get home. Kicked back and was relaxed all weekend long pretty much. Had a martini on Friday, but I'm just not a big drinker. Every once in awhile is okay.
The North Fork Jamboree parade and dance was yesterday. I missed it because I didn't go to North Fork to be with my sisters. I don't really care for sitting in the hot sun and seeing people going by in the parade that I really don't know anymore. The dance is where people get rowdy too. I liked just kicking back. The kids do enjoy the parade and dance. They have a lot of fun. Mine is in Texas this year at his girlfriend's, but he's a little too old for the North Fork stuff.
One of my sister's got a pontoon boat for the lake. They already have a ski boat. I may go on it one of these times, but I'm just not wanting to go to the lake with me not wanting to put on a bathing suit till I lose weight. What's the point? Well, the point is to see the family, but I'm just not up for it that much. I need to call the one sister that does massages to see if she will do a massage on my friend's back. He is always in a lot of pain from breaking his back years earlier. I think it will benefit him. I try my best to do massage, but I'm no professional.
My son seems to be enjoying himself. Of course he is because he is with his girlfriend. People said we were crazy letting him go there for two months. He's a good kid though. His dad really misses him though. He's always had him except for when my son is with me. Next year he will come to my place for the summer. He usually enjoys it here. I'm more lenient than his dad.
Oh, I quit smoking for the most part. When I had a martini I had a cigarette, but I've been really good at not smoking at other times. It's a good thing to do. I hate that habit, but I've always enjoyed it. It gives me something to do with my time when I'm bored. I find I have a lot of time on my hands now and don't know exactly what to do with it. I've been cleaning more, so that is good. I can sometimes let the dishes pile up for a bit, but I've been doing them lately because I get bored.
My mood is pretty good. I forgot to take my Abilify and Lamictal last night, but I'm okay. I took my morning Lamictal and will take my Abilify tonight as usual. I've been pretty happy lately actually with my new friend in my life. It's nice to have someone show you affection and want to spend time with you. B rarely did spend time with me and I never got any affection from him.
