Woke up kind of late today according to me. I didn't get to work as early as I like to get there. I got there around 7:20. It's still early though. I got a lot done at work today. I was on the ball. I was very productive in the morning. Not as productive in the afternoon, but still got work done. I still have some old stuff I need to work on and I need to do that this week too. Ahhhh. Some of the parts of this job are so hard. I wish I was trained a little bit better on the small stuff.
I left work at 4:00 yesterday to go look at computers. I went to Office Depot, Office Maxx, and Best Buy. I think I found the best deals at Office Depot. I got my tax refund deposited into my account yesterday, but it hadn't cleared yet, so I was just looking. I went home and did my usual after that.
Today, I decided I was going to go with one of the computers from Office Depot, so I called and put my name on one. I left at 4:30 because they would only hold it for me for an hour, so I went there and picked it up. It was the last one available. I am so glad that I called or I wouldn't have been able to get it. Brought it home and hooked it up and it's up and running right now. I will see if I am satisfied with it as I begin to use it. So far I'm happy.
Tomorrow is already Thursday, this week is flying by so fast. Guess that's what happens when you get older. Time flies by quickly. I have a friend that is really depressed because his girlfriend has left him. I mean he is really depressed. I told him to make a Dr. appointment and get on some antidepressants. Now, if he does this or not is a different story. He keeps asking me if he is losing his mind. I tell him no, it's just depression. I know that feeling very well. I told him he won't have to take these antidepressants for a very long period of time. He just needs to get through this. I told him it will take time to get over her. He calls me his counselor. That makes me laugh. Just trying to help!
