Friday was a typical day. Went by slow of course just because it was a Friday. I ended up leaving an hour early just because. Just came home and relaxed. Didn't go anywhere or do anything. I was actually tired and went to bed fairly early.
Saturday I slept in until 11:00. Felt good too. Nat, my sister called shortly after I woke up and wanted to know when I wanted to go to lunch. We agreed on 3:00. Took a shower and met her at Applebee's. I had my standard steak and she had the same. It was good and we had a good visit too. I went to go get some stuff from the grocery store, but there was too many damn people there, so I just went home for awhile.
Around 6:30 I ventured out and went to Marshall's to see if they had any root pump spray. They have good bargains on it there. They didn't, so I just went to get some stuff at the grocery store. This time it wasn't so crowded. After that, I stopped by TJMaxx to see if they had any root pump spray, they have deals on it too. Nope, none there. Next was Target. I bought me some new undies and got the root pump spray there. It's not cheap there, but I'm not finding it anywhere that it is cheap.
Went home after that little spurt of shopping and unloaded the car. Just been on the internet. Love my new computer. It's more sturdy than the laptop and I feel it won't get as hot as the laptop did. I think it's going to be an all nighter tonight because it's 3:45 now. Should sleep good tonight. I love being up at night. I am a night owl. Well, except when I'm tired of course.
One of these weekends I need to head up the hill to see my other three sisters. They keep asking me to come up, but I love staying at home. It's comfortable here. Plus it takes so much money in gas to go there. I also don't like to drive in the dark, so I can't stay too long. It's exhausting driving. One other thing is they don't come and visit me very often. I do have one sister that does come down every now and then to eat and she always invites me to join her. I see her then and it's a nice visit.
My moods have been okay. Work has been very stressful. I tend to be stressed there and a little grumpy. I'm working on it, but I'm just so busy that it's hard to be in a good mood. I'm glad I have my medications because without them, I'd be ten times as stressed out right now. I can only do what I can do though. I need to investigate some things to make some things right at work. I need to get on it too. I wasn't as properly trained as I thought I was. I am learning a lot on my own.
I went to Lowe's this morning and got me a small shovel and a brush rake for my small back yard. I shoveled four bags full of leaves and pine needles out of it. There is still more, but I'm done for the day. Tired me out real quick. I did feel that I accomplished something though and that is a good feeling. I also put all of my plastic bottles in bags. I have four lawn and leaf bags full and four regular kitchen bags full of plastics to be taken to the recycling center. I tried calling there earlier, but no one answered, so I guess they are closed today. I will have to take them on Saturday next weekend.
I went to Ross to look for a Jansport backpack, but they didn't have any, so then I went to the mall. A lot of the stores weren't open yet, so I went into Khol's and asked if they had any. Nope they didn't. I bought a silver cross necklace there. Next I moved onto another store once the shops in the mall opened up, but they didn't have any either. I was just leaving the mall when I found a store that sold them. I bought one that is black, purple, and blue plaid. More colorful than my typical black. I like it.
I came home after that and transferred some of my stuff out of my old bag into my new backpack and put on my new necklace. The cross is perfect. I love it. I just have to remember to take it off when I get my haircut because she's already sniped one of my necklaces and broke it before. Now, I'm just back on my computer probably for the duration of the night. I talked to B earlier. He was playing his game WOW like he always is. I had thought he might have gone to a superbowl party, but no, he didn't.
