I had my usual trouble getting up this morning, but got to work by 7:45. Had my morning tea and my smoke and started at it. I input a lot of the trucker payroll today. Got a lot done, so I was a good employee. Mary hasn't given me any billing in a couple of days, so I didn't have that to do. I just got an early start on entering payroll.
I feel pretty good today. I was really tired and weak earlier, but that was because I had forgotten to take my Dexedrine. Once I did take it and it kicked in I started feeling better. After work I went to the pharmacy and picked up the prescription that I couldn't get yesterday because they were out of stock. I can start taking them tomorrow. We shall see if it's going to work or not. I really hope it does. If it doesn't we have one more option to try.
I need to get a crown on one of my teeth, but I put it off because I had car trouble and that took all my extra money. Now it's hurting. I do have dental insurance, but it isn't very good and my dentist isn't in the "preferred network". I hope they cover some of it at least. I'm going to go in with the money though just in case. So, I've got to save that up. One thing after another. It's very sensitive to both cold and hot.
Tomorrow is Thursday! Yippee!! Friday is getting really close. I can't wait to veg out all weekend. I had a nice one last weekend. I didn't do anything really, but it was so relaxing. It was great. I hope this one will be the same.
