I am so sick of being sick. It's been 2 weeks now and I'm still coughing and my nose is still running. I slept a lot this weekend. Yesterday I think I took like 7 naps throughout the day and I slept until 1:00 this afternoon. I woke up of course through the night, but I slept a long time. I guess I needed it, it's the best thing you can do when you are sick. I just wish it would get better. I think tomorrow I will go to the Dr. as a walk in and see if they can give me something. I might have an infection or something that won't go away without antibiotics. I don't know. 


Friday went by fairly quick. I left work 45 minutes early. Got some prescriptions and went home. I was on the computer till about 10 or so and went to bed. I went to the grocery store on Friday also and got some cough drops. Those helped me a lot this weekend. I'm out though, so I need to get more. I didn't leave the house yesterday and so far today I haven't either. I really need to get some laundry done though. 


I talked to my sister on Friday for a couple of hours. She was having a friend come here from Dallas and was going to do something with her. She was supposed to check on me on Saturday, but when I called, no one answered. She must have ended up doing something with her friend. Oh well. I did okay. Could have used some soup though. Lol. 


My niece is in the 2nd grade and she is always messaging me on Facebook. She shouldn't even be on there that young, really. She is cute though. She's been sick for a long time. Hopefully they figure out what is wrong with her. She can't talk. The doctors are trying to figure out why. 


I think I'm going to try to get in the shower today and see how I feel about doing laundry. I really need to do it though. I guess maybe I'll have to make myself. I've got work tomorrow in the morning. Then I will go to the doctor after lunch and see if I can get seen there. This cold has got to go bye bye. I've been taking Mucinex the whole time I've had it and it doesn't seem to help. That shit's expensive too. 


I got into the bathtub and soaked a bit. The warm water felt great. I don't do that very often. Got all washed up and then got my dirty clothes together and headed to the laundromat. I think it took about an hour and half to wash and dry them. It's a long boring process that I hate. I don't mind doing laundry, but I hate doing it at the laundromat. If I had a washer and dryer at home I wouldn't mind one bit. 


I came home after that and just got on the computer again. That is where I spend most of my time. Been doing pretty much nothing. Right now I am bored. I tried laying down, but sleep would not come. It's probably because I slept until 1:00 this afternoon. I will be tired in a couple hours I'm sure. It's almost 11:00 right now, so it's getting late. I didn't want to be up late. It's hard enough to get up in the morning.
