Today I got up at 9:30 with a headache. Took some Excedrin and my daily medications and hopped on the computer. I started to feel better not too long after that. I'm really glad the headache went away. I hate those and with me, they hurt so bad. At least I haven't been getting migraines lately.
Christian is still asleep. It's 2:30 in the afternoon. He must have stayed up late. Gotta love those summer hours when you are a kid. Oh, to be a kid again. I'd want to know what I know now though. I'd do so many things different.
I've been on MDJ and DS today reading journals and answering posts. Got all caught up and now I'm bored. Looking for things to do on the internet. Hopefully I find something that grabs my attention. I hate to be bored.
Christian woke up about 4:30 this afternoon. Bum! He said he didn't know the parade was today. (Jamboree parade in North Fork) and wanted to go, but I said it was too late. After that is the dance that everyone goes to. We opted not to go this year. Instead we went to Game Stop and bought Assassins Creed III for the XBox for him to play.
It's pretty damn hot here. My air in my car causes the car to overheat I found out last week, so I can't use it. I will have to get that fixed when I can afford to. We are cool in the apartment though, so at least we have that.
Spent a lot of time being bored this latter part of the day. Nothing is going on online and Christian is playing his new game. That is boring to watch in my opinion. I'm not much of a gamer. It keeps him occupied though. We need to visit the library and get some books for him to read. He loves to read books.
I hope my sisters are safe when they go to that okie dance the Jamboree puts on. There is alcohol involved so they better use their brains. I'm so glad I'm not going to that event. I've gone in the past, but it's always the same every year. I really don't have anyone that I want to run into from my past either, so I don't have to deal with that since I'm not going.
Tomorrow is Sunday, but yes, I have another day off this week. This makes me happy.
