Well, I made it through the day. I got up at 4:00 this morning then went back to bed till 6:00. Went to work and entered the payroll in 5 hours. That's good time. It was because no one was there to bother me. The human resources lady showed up and scared the crap out of me. I didn't expect anyone else to be in. I left before she did so I didn't have to worry about setting the alarm.
After work I went to the grocery store and then home. One of my younger sisters text me that she'd be in town and wanted to know if I wanted to have dinner with them. It's her boyfriend's grandma's birthday. I said I would. Something to do and I wouldn't eat anything so I'd be nice and hungry.
Last night my oldest sister and I went to Best Buy to get a cord for her netbook. We did get that, but she walked out of there with a new laptop for her. Her's had broke and she was using her daughter's netbook which is tiny and has a hard time seeing on it. She was so happy. We then went to Applebee's and had dinner and a couple of drinks. Then off to home I went and slept. I knew I had to work the next day and it was late.
After I got home from the grocery store and texted with the younger sister I went to my oldest sister's to set up her new laptop. It took all of about 30 minutes to do and she could have done it herself, but she's was scared she would mess it up somehow. So, I guess if I messed it up she could blame me then! Lol. I decided I was going to go home and take a nap after I'd been there awhile.
Got home and couldn't sleep. Just was on the internet and when 4:00 rolled around, I headed to the restaurant to meet my other sister. We had a drink while her boyfriend went to get his grandma and visited with each other. Then we all got a booth and ordered. I just had a half cobb salad. It was okay, but not great. When we were done there, I just headed home.
She had given me my Christmas present while we were at dinner since I hadn't seen her in a long time. She made me a photo album of all of us sisters growing up. Pictures I've never seen before. Before my grandma died, my dad went out to her place and got a lot of things that we might want. The pictures were one of those things. It was so neat to see us in these pictures while we grew up. I thought it was a great gift. I was touched.
Came home and my oldest sister called, then I laid down and fell asleep for awhile. Now I'm on the phone again with her. She is the one that can talk for hours. I think I will be up for awhile. Don't want to stay up too late though because I will probably wake up early again. I don't mind really. I've been sleeping so much lately it's such a relief. I hope this keeps up because I like it.
